My name is Zhivko Tanchev,  I was born and raised in Bulgaria,  where I completed  my  degrees in economics  and tourism.  For many years now I have been inextricably linked with Russia,  which  I sincerely  love.  I  came  to Yekaterinburg in 2012 to drastically change my life and try my hand at a new role for me - teaching. I took a chance and I succeeded! Here I  found my vocation for teaching, met  high-caliber  professionals,  made  new  friends,  completed  my  Ph.D.  thesis.  Here  I  met my beloved woman, who became my life companion and shares all my interests and undertakings.  Here I  became  convinced that the language,  culture and touristic facilities of my mother country aroused keen  interest  of  Russian  people, among whom, by the way, there are many ethnic Bulgarians. Here my knowledge  of  English and Bulgarian languages ​​has become very much in demand. Today  I  am happy to help all those people who want to come close to their goals requiring the ability of speaking Russian, Bulgarian or English.

Alongside  with  pedagogic activities,  I  am an accredited translator at the Consulate General  of  the Republic  of  Bulgaria  in  Yekaterinburg.   I   provide  consulting  services relating to application for a Bulgarian passport along ethnic lines.

I  advise  on  the  possibilities  of  purchasing and selling real estate in Bulgaria,  and  I translate  real estate transactional documents.
